Jo has been in the world of recruitment since 2000 and now runs a successful business that helps recruitment businesses with all things Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.

We both agreed that because of social media, there are a lot of people who use this topic to make you feel like you are a s**t human being... That is not the point of ED&I.

I said to Jo that many aspects of this industry are flawed and that I don't necessarily agree with, but thankfully, Jo has restored my faith and I think you will learn a lot from this episode.

I did not want to be like many other podcast hosts and have someone on the show to show everyone that I am "Pro ED&I"... I wanted to challenge some ideas, learn, grow, and understand a different perspective.
