Chris started his career at the infamous SThree back in 1998 and within that 5+yr stint, was one of the global top performers. He then went on to grow his own recruitment company to over £25m and went through an exit. Tune in to hear how crazy that story is, not all sunshine and rainbows...

What I didn't know about Chris before we started recording, was how his childhood was growing up. He talked through the gut-wrenching story of how his mother abandoned him and the numerous things he had to go through during his upbringing.

Chris now runs BASE Mindset as an external coach, advisor, and NED with numerous recruitment companies and is the author of the book 'Become The CEO of Your Life'.
