Alex Dick is the CEO/Founder of Alexander Lyons Solutions, a 100% remote recruitment business that has been running since 2011. Alex was also a Million Pound Biller in his day and now has a thriving business primarily in the legal sector.

Alex opens up about his childhood, during which he had dyslexia so bad that he couldn't read and write yet showed signs of a very high IQ. We spoke at length about how neurodiverse people work so differently and that if it's managed well, they can help people see things in a unique way.
